Mr. Harris initially created TAV to organize his annual "Back to School" giveaways he started in 2020. He Started these as a tribute to his nephew who passed away in 2017. He wanted to do something to honor his nephew and make a positive impact on his community. This was the beginning of TAV and it has grown into a Non-profit that reaches
